"2014 was the summer I was going to get back on the water as a sailing instructor.   One last check of the rigging on a Rhodes 19 and we would be ready for camp the next day. As I was transiting from sailboat to launch a rogue wave upset the launch and found myself in the water with a dislocated shoulder and torn rotator cuff.  The fourth surgeon at HSS agreed to perform the surgery with a 50% chance of success and that I should have a shoulder replacement. I decided to use my own parts. 

Being a resident in GN I heard a lot of good results by my friends who have used Physiologic Physical Therapy. The entire team overseen by Shelly are very professional and caring for all their patients. The Physical Therapists whom have helped in my 6 years of recovery from 3 surgeries have been outstanding. My hat is raised to Mary, Christy, Kelly, Donna and Steve.
