Stephen Hofmayer PT, MSPT

 

Stephen worked at PhysioLogic Physical Therapy, PC  for over 11 years before becoming owner of the business in June 2016.  Stephen received his undergraduate degree and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Boston University in 1999.  Stephen has more than 19 years of clinical experience in orthopedics with an advanced training in manual physical therapy. Stephen excels in the treatment of all orthopedic cases to include sports, trauma, post-operative, spine, hip, knee, ankle, and shoulder.  Stephen enjoys skiing, hiking, running, biking, cooking, and playing with his children.   He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. 

Donna J Croce PT, DPT, OCS 

 

Founded Donna J Croce PT, PC in 1990.  In 2001 our company name changed to PhysioLogic Physical Therapy, PC.  Donna commitment has always been to render quality care in her attempt to help her patients.  Donna remains committed to quality care and continues to work to fulfill her mission to help people. Donna received her degree in physical therapy in 1984 from New York University, Summa Cum Laude, and was the recipient of the Elizabeth C Addoms award for scholastic and clinical excellence.  She is also recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.

 

 Christina Roman PT, DPT, OCS

 

Christy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NYIT in 2005.  Christy has advanced training in the treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries.  She excels in the treatment of the spine, shoulder, knee, ankle, and arthritis.  Christy has experience in both acute and sub-acute rehabilitation settings.  Christy enjoys running, cooking, reading, is an avid swimmer as well as a former swimming instructor. She is also recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, a certification held by less that 10% of all physical therapists.he is active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. 

 

Kelly Dulka PT, DPT

Kelly received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2014 and has been a part of the Physiologic staff since graduation. Kelly enjoys treating a variety of orthopedics and sports related injuries. Kelly believes in working with each patient to determine an individualized treatment plan to help the patient meet their goals. Her hands on approach is focused on addressing the patient's current complaints, as well as prevention of future re-injury. Kelly is a very outgoing, adventurous person and enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her family.

 

Patricia Spina-Ruffini, PT, MSPT

Patricia received her undergraduate degree from Manhattan College in 1997 and her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Long Island University of Brooklyn, NY in 2000.  Patricia has worked in outpatient orthopedics, out patient neurological condition ( such as parkinsons, MS etc.), post-surgery rehabilitation,  and is a Certified Vestibular Therapist treating dizziness. Patricia speaks Italian fluently  which she find useful in communicating with some of her patients.  Patricia is vibrant outgoing person who cares deeply for her patients and loves to see each one meet their physical therapy goals. 

 

 

Ariana Gagliardi, PT, DPT

Ariana graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University, Dallas PA. Throughout her undergraduate career, she was always an athlete and worked as a Physical Therapy Aide, during that time and she immediately fell in love with the idea of helping people in this capacity while being able to still use her athletic background. Dr Gagliardi  treats pre and post-op surgical cases including total joint replacements, fusions, soft tissue repairs  and ORIFs, as well as non-surgical injuries involving the spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle.  She has treated patients of all ages and activity level – from those with chronic aches and pains, to weekend warriors, to athletes in sports including soccer, basketball, tennis, golf, lacrosse, football, hockey, skiing and baseball. Ariana enjoys spending her free time at the beach, hanging out with her friends, playing volleyball and going on vacations with her family.

Samantha Kohane PT, DPT, certMDT

 

 

Samantha graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2010, after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at University at Buffalo in 2007. During her time at Buffalo her background in exercise training though University Varsity Division/Athletics program include NCAA Division 1 Crew Team, Women’s Rugby Team Member and Women’s Rugby Team Captain. Since graduating, she has been working in an outpatient setting with varying age levels and orthopedic injuries. Dr. Kohane is certified in Mackenzie Method and her passion has always been treating patients with orthopedic conditions. She enjoys working with all diagnoses with an increased interest in post-surgical conditions.
