Stephen Hofmayer PT, MSPT
Stephen worked at PhysioLogic Physical Therapy, PC for over 11 years before becoming practice owner in June 2016. Stephen received his undergraduate degree and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1999. Stephen has more than 20 years of clinical experience in orthopedics with advanced training in manual physical therapy. Stephen’s area of expertise lies in the orthopedic arena. Stephen’s knowledge of biomechanics combined with his hands-on approach to treatment make him a highly skilled clinician. He excels in the treatment of sports and trauma related injuries, and in the care of the post-surgical patient. Stephen enjoys skiing, hiking, running, biking, cooking, and playing with his children. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Donna J Croce PT, DPT, OCS
Founded Donna J Croce PT, PC in 1990 as a solo practitioner. In 2001, the practice name was changed to PhysioLogic Physical Therapy, PC to reflect the expansion of our practice team of highly skilled physical therapists. Donna’s practice philosophy was centered on rendering quality care services to the patient’s she treated. Her mission and commitment to providing exceptional care was the foundation upon which PhysioLogic Physical Therapy was built. Donna received her degree in Physical Therapy in 1984 from New York University, Summa Cum Laude, and was the recipient of the Elizabeth C Addoms award for scholastic and clinical excellence. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica College in 2013. Her practice expertise is in hands-on manual therapy and orthopedics. She is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, a certification held by less than 10% of all physical therapists.
Christina Roman PT, DPT, OCS
Christy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NYIT in 2005. Christy has advanced training in manual therapy and excels in the treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries. Being a collegiate swimmer, former swimming instructor, and currently a marathon runner Christy is well versed in the treatment of overuse injuries. Christy’s skill set is enhanced by experience gained while treating in both acute and sub-acute rehabilitation settings. Christy’s drive and motivation inspires those around her and makes her a highly effective and successful practitioner. She is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, a certification held by less than 10% of all physical therapists. Christy enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Kelly Dulka PT, DPT
Kelly received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2014. Kelly is a talented physical therapist who is skilled and proficient in the treatment of a wide variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries. Kelly’s individualized approach to patient care is the basis upon which she develops and implements the hands-on therapy she provides. She assists her patients in meeting their goals through an understanding of their current condition, and by employing injury prevention strategies for the future. Kelly, a marathon runner herself, is proficient in the treatment of running related injuries. Kelly enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
Patricia Spina-Ruffini, PT, MSPT
Patricia received her undergraduate degree from Manhattan College in 1997 and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Long Island University of Brooklyn in 2000. Patricia is a multifaceted clinician who has extensive experience in the treatment of those who present with orthopedic and/or neurological conditions. Patricia is a Certified Vestibular Therapist who specializes in the treatment of vertigo, dizziness, balance disorders and post-concussion syndrome. Patricia’s orthopedic skills are exemplified in the hands-on approach to treatment she provides to assist her patients meet their physical therapy goals.
Bryant Alarcon PT, DPT
Bryant received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY in May 2021, and his undergraduate degree from Adelphi University in May 2017. Bryant discovered his love for physical therapy while working as a Physical Therapy Aide and children’s soccer trainer; and whilst participating in collegiate sports. Bryant truly understands the hard work, dedication, and motivation needed to succeed. He aspires to help those with injuries by integrating his physical therapy skills with his experience and training as a competitive athlete. Bryant treats patients of all ages and activity levels– from those with chronic aches and pains, to weekend warriors, or those who participate in recreational and competitive sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse, football and baseball. Bryant enjoys playing soccer and spending time with friends, and family.
John Spirito, PT, DPT
John received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY in February 2021, and his undergraduate degree from Farmingdale State College in May 2016. Early on, John was intrigued with the ability of the human body to grow and heal; and it was this fascination that led him to a career in physical therapy. John desires to facilitate the healing of those with injuries by integrating his physical therapy skills. He treats patients of all ages, pediatrics to geriatrics; and all activity levels, the sedentary to the competitive athlete. John’s accomplishments are the product of hard work and dedication - the qualities required to be a successful medical practitioner. John enjoys traveling, exercising, playing frisbee on the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
