Here at Physiologic Physical Therapy, your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We are taking the following precautions to ensure a safe environment for your rehabilitation needs:

• All patients are screened prior to entrance for COVID-19 symptoms

• All staff and patients are having temperature taken upon entrance to facility

• All patients are required to wear face masks while at our facility.

• Cleaning of all equipment is done prior to patient use as well as after
